Share your research via a poster session and publication in the 2025 AETA-CETA/ACTE Annual Meeting Proceedings with the leading minds in the embryo technology community, and participate in the gathering of practitioners, providers, specialists, and students all passionate about embryo technology!

The abstract submission deadline is July 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CST. Not ready to submit? Save the date to your calendar.

Members and students of AETA and CETA/ACTE are encouraged to submit original research abstracts that will be displayed in poster format. Abstracts should consist of original, completed work that has not been accepted for publication in a journal. If your abstract is accepted, you will be expected to present research findings at the scheduled poster sessions. Make sure to review all abstract requirements and restrictions before submitting.
